01 Background Engineering Management
Missouri S&T

Started early, kept compounding.

I graduated high school at sixteen with sixty college credit hours through dual enrollment, which gave me a head start at Missouri University of Science and Technology where I earned my B.S. in Engineering Management.

More formative than the degree was everything around it — leadership teams inside several student organizations, and internships at Consolidated Electrical Distributors and Tesla. After graduating I completed a six-month sales engineer training program at Timken and took on the aerospace market.

I am now at Boston Dynamics, working on the commercial side of the world's most capable robots.

Getting to yes on hard parts.

Advanced air mobility

Standing up a new eVTOL account

After working remotely with the design engineers at a leading eVTOL manufacturer, meeting on site with the wider customer team, I set the customer up as a new sold-to inside Timken's internal systems, secured a purchase order, and worked with the prototype shop on a custom solution.

Materials engineering

Substituting steel without losing the spec

A proprietary material could not be sourced for an RFQ on an upcoming program at a major aerospace OEM. I brought a Timken metallurgist into direct discussion with the customer around the specific requirements.

After several rounds, the customer placed a purchase order against a different material meeting the same AMS specification.

Outcome — opened master service agreement negotiations to secure the supply chain for future bearings.
Outcome — influenced design authority and improved the odds of long-term share.

05 Outside of work Faith, friends,
fitness

Faith, friends, fitness.

Separate from building a career, I hold to three tenets. Faith in God and in human potential. Friends, those I have met and those I haven't yet. And fitness — building the healthiest body and mind to chase the things that matter most to me.

So whether I am working toward my pilot's license, attending a jiu-jitsu camp in Central America, or scaling one of the most beautiful hikes in the nation, I aim to do it with integrity, intentionality, and a smile.
